Synopsis
国民に生命の価値を再認識させることを目的として制定された法律「国家繁栄維持法」。この法律の名のもと、1000人に1人の確率で国民に注入される特殊カプセルは、対象者が18～24歳の期間に破裂し、その者の命を奪う。そして、そんな「死」の24時間前に対象者のもとへと届く死亡予告証こそが、通称“逝き紙（イキガミ）”と呼ばれる一枚のカードである。武蔵川区の“イキガミ”配達員・藤本賢吾が、今回届ける対象者は…！？
